As a certified trainer and coach with the Association of Talent Development, Franklin Covey, and the National Apartment Association I aim to create a safe learning environment for all of my classes.  A class free of judgment, where everyone feels comfortable to voice their opinions and thoughts is imperative in gaining anyone's trust, especially when I'm asking them to step out of their comfort zone like in my social media courses. My promise is to always make everyone feel comfortable and to be a resource for my students not just when they are in my class but after as well.
